We finished our gorilla chalk pastels! The details are amaizing!

Students created, learned and taught us how to play indigenous kid's games! It was challenging but so much fun!

 Last day of school is this Monday

We met with a University of Calgary Professor to follow up with our Mysterious Bone Finds! She shared her theories and knowledge with us! We even had the opportunity to ask questions as we did a comparison study of bison, cattle and horse bones!

Tomorrow we will participate in Sports Day for a one hour block in the afternoon!

 We celebrated the Talents of Eric Harvie Students today! It was great to see how many students participated! Nice Work Eric Harvie!

Indigenous Games...

We learned about Indigenous Games Kids play from different communities right across Canada!

The One and Only Ivan - A Gorilla Study 

After our read aloud of the One and Only Ivan, we picked our favourite quote and researched some facts about gorillas. Then we created a chalk pastel piece of art to represent Ivan the Silverback!
