Jacket Racket 2020
We need your help! We are currently collecting winter wear for Jacket Racket as we have for the past 4 years. Due to Covid restrictions, we ask that you drop off new or gently used items in the collection bins outside the front door of the school. Jacket Racket will accept coats, hats, mittens/gloves, boots, etc. in children's and adult sizes. Please ensure the items are cleaned and in good condition.

Today was Mrs. Cox class' turn with the school set of laptops. We practiced logging into the lap top using their student ID and then into their Google Classroom using their educbe.ca login information. Ask your child to log in and show you the land form links we explored. We also added to our journal page from yesterday, looking at Alberta's landforms.
We also spent some time exploring the similarities and differences of Canadian currency and Madagascar's currency using a Venn Diagram.
This afternoon both classes had a wonderful walk through the coulee to study rocks and landforms and begin some story writing from the perspective of a rock.
