We worked on a math challenge today! What is the smallest difference? We had many strategies for this. See if you might extend this activity to your family at home!
This morning's minds on activity challenged students to think critically and persevere to find the lowest possible difference.
Students created crystals using borax and water. They designed their own shape using pipe cleaners and we will follow up and check in on them daily to monitor the growth process.
We played jeopardy to do a review of all they have learned about soil, rocks, minerals and the layers of the Earth by participating in a Jeopardy game.
Mrs. Cox's class had music today.
