Hats On! for Mental Health Day
On the first Wednesday in May, Albertans are invited to wear a hat to raise awareness of the importance of good mental health. Participating schools will relax their hat rules and encourage students and teachers to build understanding by wearing hats to school.
Coulee Walks
Mrs. Cox class is heading to the coulee tomorrow. We are heading from the school in the morning.
Ms. Huebner's class is going to the coulee on Friday!
We continued with our minds on challenge and measuring area with triangles. We worked on challenge questions and showed our thinking with addition and multiplication sentences! In music, we began creating costumes and props for our playscript. We worked with Mrs. Coulson in the makerspace. We also went on a coulee walk in the afternoon and we extended our learning to the outdoors!
